Jonathan Garth Morton

Jonathan Garth Morton, 52, of Maysville, Kentucky died December 16, 2014 at the Care Center at Kenton Pointe. Mr. Morton was born in Maysville, Kentucky on September 30, 1962 the son of the late Ruth Morton and Donald Lee Jones. Survivors include his Fiancee, Kylie Hultz; his two children, Jonnel (Barry) Young and Rajhuan Lofton; step-children, Miranda Frey, Julia Freeman, Noah Hultz, Jozelyn Hultz and Kalijah Hultz; grandchildren, Javeon Young, Brooklynn Young, D’Jhuan Lofton and Kaniyah Lofton; brothers, Robert Morton, Jemal Jones; sisters, Wanda Fletcher, Echo Jones, Quinn Corde, Carmen Jones and Angie Jones.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Lee Jones, Jr. Funeral services for Jonathan Morton will be held at the Victory Christian Center at 12:00 PM, Monday, December 22, 2014 with Pastor Byron Mills officiating. Burial will be in the Green Acres Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service. The arrangements are entrusted with the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home.
