Kathleen Carol Hitt

.Kathleen C. Hitt, 70 of Maysville, affectionately known as Aunt Kay, passed away, Sunday, May 22, 2016 at the Hospice Care Center at Kenton Pointe. Born April 2, 1946, in Maysville to the late Richard Hitt Sr. and Bessie Adams Hitt.

Kathleen was a licensed practical nurse for 42 years. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Richard Hitt Jr.

Survivors include her brother Robert (Linda) Hitt, of Masyville,sister in law Judy Hitt, nieces and nephews; Robert Hitt Jr., Gregory (Tammy) Hitt, Lisa (Todd) Haughey ,Tony (Stephanie) Hitt and Julie (Kevin) Ormes, 11 great nieces and nephews and 6 great great nieces and nephews with one on the way.

Funeral Services for Ms. Hitt will be Wednesday, May 25, 2016, 11AM at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home with Bro. Sam Jones Officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery in Lewis County. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 24, 2016, 5-8PM at the funeral home.
