

Orville Thomas Fleming, Jr. (Flip), 83 a long-time resident of West Second Street died Thursday, August 30, 2012. He was born on October 4, 1928 the son of the late Orville Thomas and Hilda Varney Fleming. Mr. Fleming was married to Dorothy McDaniel Fleming who died in 2005. Mr. Fleming was a long-time employee of Toncray Auto Parts and was a member of the Moose and Eagles Lodges. Mr. Fleming is survived by two sons, Jerry (Jeannette) Fleming and Jeffrey Fleming both of Maysville, three grandchildren Joseph Thomas (Jennifer) Fleming of Maysville, Jennifer (Brad) Hawkins of Georgetown and April (Scotty) Estep of Germantown. Rounding out the family are four great grandchildren, Lilly and Henry Hawkins, and Jaxton Estep, Abby Fleming and several nieces and nephews. Preceding Mr. Fleming in death were two brothers Maurice and Charles Fleming. Funeral services for Orville Thomas Fleming, Jr. will be at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home Saturday, September 1 at 1 P.M. with Rev. Raymond Payne officiating. Burial will follow in the Maysville Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, August 31 from 6 til 8 at the funeral home.
