I'm not sure of they would remember me. But I loved Mrs Langer during my time in highschool. From FCCLA going to nationals to just taking the class. She was an absolute joy to be around. She made me enjoy coming to school everyday. She made me feel like I was worth being there. Thank you for the wonderful memories and joy you gave. My heart is out there to her family who loved her dearly. Thank you for being my wonderful teacher.

The most amazing culinary teacher I’ve ever had she was so kind and opening and helpful. I loved taking her class and loved having little conversations with her she was my favorite may she rest in peace, thank you for being able to be my teacher.

My condolences to the Langer family. Mrs. Langer was my joy in the hallway when we monitored kids at Arabia between class periods. It was our time to chat and impart wisdom to students. We loved her dearly. The students loved her dearly. She will be missed.

Ms. Langer was hands down one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I first met her in San Diego on an FCCLA trip for Nationals when I was in 8th grade. My FCCLA advisor introduced me to her, and from the moment I met her, she was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely excited that I would soon be coming to Arabia Mountain High School for my freshman year.
I was involved in FCCLA all four years of high school and never even took one of Ms. Langer’s classes, yet she still made such a huge impact on me. She always made sure we had everything we needed on our trips and was constantly there to support us with our projects.
Ms. Langer was hilarious, and several times I would just sit and listen to her tell stories about her life—and especially about her son, Dylan, whom she loved more than anything.
I hate that she is gone so soon, but heaven truly gained an angel. My condolences go out to the entire family. She will be deeply missed.

Thank you for everything Mrs. Langer. The impact you had on myself and everyone around you is too profound for words. Thank you for your advice, your hugs, your care, and your unwavering support. While I never had culinary classes at Arabia I’m glad  I got to know Mrs. Langer and her beautiful spirit. I pray for her family and loved ones during this time. It was such a joy to be able to walk into her classroom as her intern and grasp knowledge of not only the culinary world but her as an individual. She was one of the most patient and kind hearted people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She put so much effort into her school and family and the world lost a spark the day she passed. I’m sad yet fulfilled to have been able to  get to know her and my condolences go out to her family and loved ones. It was honor to be chosen as one of her interns! May her soul rest well. 💚🕊️

Prayers and Condolences to the Langer and Perry Families and Friends of April.
I only met April once and she impressed with her kindness and love for her children, Steve and my sister Anna.  April was a gracious hostess when our Mother Charlotte and I visited her beautiful home.  Rest in Peace Beautiful April.

April was one of the best people I know.  She was so giving and she loved her students and her family tremendously.  
I taught with April at Arabia years ago.  When I left, I had a non-profit.  Ms. Langer would  have her students to cook meals for my students for an afterschool program .  She felt it served two purposes, it gave her students cooking practice and feed student who may not have had a hot meal that evening.  I am so grateful for her.  
She was truly a wonderful, thoughtful , giving, and loving person.  
May God be with you and your son Mr. Langer and see you through this time of grief. Be Blessed! My prayers are with you and the family.  Thanks for loaning her to others.

To my favorite teacher. The one person that pushed me harder than I wanted to be pushed towards greatness. I'll miss you so much. Thank you for all of the lessons you taught me in life and in the kitchen. You taught me to live a calmer life, a better chef, and a better person. I'll always cherish the memories you brought to my high school years. Rest in love and in peace.

Mrs. Langer. What do I even say? I am extremely heartbroken to hear this news but I want to say thank you. Thank you for who you were, as person, as my teacher. You were such a burst of energy. Thank you for all the recipes you taught me, words of advice, everything. My deepest condolences to your family! I pray for you and your family! She is an angel watching over you and the Arabia Mountain High School Family! I am missing her coming through the front doors of the school! She would come in with a beautiful smile rolling her cart of food for the students to cook.  She would check on me to see if I need help! She is a sweet kind friend who loves her students and her co workers. I thank God for her life here on earth! The greatest teacher, leader and friend! I am missing you!

Teachers like Mrs. Langer are one in a million. She taught so much and left an incredible impact. I’ll never forget being her go to girl for green beans at every banquet we catered. She pushed me to be all that I could be while at Arabia and beyond. I will forever remember all of the FCCLA events and competitions. San Diego was a trip I will never forget. My prayers are with her family.

I was her culinary student back in 2015-2018. Her classroom was a refuge from the overwhelming cafeteria and I met many friends in it that I still have to this day. She was warm, full of humor and always willing to hand you a plate of chicken and cheesy rice. Sending lots of love & condolences to her family.

Mrs. Langer was a wonderful teacher and FCCLA advisor. Mrs. Langer's teaching left me with valuable life skills that I am forever grateful for. Mrs. Langer was a lovely and caring individual who has positively impacted my life and those of her students.  She will be missed.

Words cannot express the sadness that we feel at Arabia Mountain High School without you there.  You were such an amazing and positive teacher to have at our school.  You are forever in our heart, and prayers for your family and friends during this tough time.

I wish I could have one more moment with you just one more time to equal up to a lifetime I wish I had to spend with you. You changed my life, truly. You were one of my biggest supporters, and for that I am deeply grateful… and yet deeply hurting.

The last time we spoke, we were catching up and laughing about Dylan and that cheesecake, lol. I keep replaying that moment because I didn’t know it would be the last. I’m coming back home soon, and on my first day back, I will be checking on your family the same way you always checked on mine during my losses in high school.

God has a plan for everything, and I know He must have needed you elsewhere, but the world is dimmer without you. You blessed this world, Mrs. Langer… more than you ever realized.

I’ve been trying to wrap my head around the news. It just doesn’t feel real that I can’t call you anymore and hear you tell me the ridiculous things Arabia had going on. Without you, I wouldn’t be on my way to getting my Master’s… I wouldn’t have started my LLC… I wouldn’t be who I am.

Thank you for loving me, believing in me, and guiding me. I will carry you with me always. 💛

Hello,  Im truely sorry for your loss. I had a chance to meet Mrs. Langer at Arabia Mountain High School where she took my daughter Terriyah Bennett under her wings and for 3 years, taught her all the special things about Culinary Arts  from a regular fork to a salad fork to Sugars and all the different spices that make a meal so good. She was an AMAZING LADY! My daughter could go to her as a teacher and as a parent anytime of the day and I LOVED her for that. I wanna say Thanks to her kids for sharing their mother with Terriyah.  We LOVE YOU Mrs. Langer  and will miss you dearly ❤️ REST in Heaven

Mrs. Langer was the sweetest and the best Culinary teacher!! I know she touched so many lives, and I’m praying for her family and all who loved her.
