Bobby Joe Campbell Sr.

Mr. Bobby Joe Campbell Sr., 84 of Jonesboro, GA passed away on Wednesday May 10, 2023. He was born to the late Vernon Chapman and Ruby Campbell Butler. Bobby Joe is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Geraldine McLendon Campbell, brothers, Bill Campbell, Larry Campbell, Charles Chapman, and Pete Butler.

Bobby Joe, was employed with Ford Motor Company for several years. In 1992 he established an independent t-shirt business. Mr. Campbell was an accomplished business owner of B&G painting in Peachtree City. He adored his family and will be greatly missed.

Mr. Campbell is survived by his son, Bobby Joe Campbell, Jr; daughter, Cynthia Denise Janssen, son-in-law, Daniel Janssen; grandchildren, Shawn Biddle and spouse Jessica Biddle, Shelby Seabolt and Spouse Peyton Seabolt, Sage Foster, Kalina Janssen; great granddaughter, Reese Biddle; brothers, Donnie Butler, Frankie Butler, Freddy Butler, Eddie Butler; sisters, Lucy (Butler) Harris, Brenda (Butler) Long, Donna (Butler) Vaughn.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm on Monday, May 15, 2023 at the funeral home. The family will receive friends Monday from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Locust Grove City Cemetery.
