Bobby Jean Mosley

Mr. Bobby J. Mosley, age 85, of McDonough, GA passed away August 20, 2016. Mr. Mosley was born in Carrollton, GA the son of the late Lena Smith Mosley and Clark Mosley. He was also preceded in death by a son, Larry Mosley and several siblings. Mr. Mosley served his country in the US Air Force from 1950 – 1953. He was an active member of Southern Crescent Baptist Church where he had served as a Deacon and Sunday School Teacher. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, gardening, fishing, and doing for others. Mr. Mosley is survived by his wife of 63 years, Doris Mosley of McDonough; sons and daughter-in-law, Mark Mosley, Gary and Tracy Mosley all of McDonough; grandchildren, Allison Adamson, T. J. Adamson, and Lindsay Adamson; great grandchildren, Tristan Engelman and Hayden Brown; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, August 22, 2016 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 – 11:00 AM in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home with Rev. Don Pickerill officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
