

Brenda Jean Krull Ober, age 68, of McDonough, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016. She was born in Rake, Iowa to John Alfred Krull and Thelma Jean Frandle Krull. Her father and husband, Russell Dale Ober, preceded her in death. Brenda enjoyed time spent with family and friends. A trip to the beach was Brenda’s ideal vacation. Gardening, quilting, and sewing were among her many hobbies. Brenda was a devoted school teacher, and spent her career providing education to students for over 34 years in Dawson, Georgia. She was a member of the McDonough Women’s Club serving as the historian. She was a prior member of Lutheran Church of Our Saviour in Albany, Georgia and a member of McDonough Presbyterian Church. Brenda is survived by her children, Erika Kirstin Livermont and her husband, James; and Christoffer Aaron Ober; grandchildren, Emmaline and Aidan Livermont; mother, Thelma Krull-Boutelle, Iowa; siblings, Linda Engstrom, Eldon Krull, James Krull, and Paul Krull. A service to honor Brenda’s life will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 beginning 11:00 am at McDonough Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Rachael Knoll officiating.
