

Cletis Ray Wagahoff, age 85, of McDonough, Georgia passed away January 13, 2024. He was born January 15, 1938 in Lamar, Missouri to the late Clarence and Adeline Hubbard Wagahoff. Cletis worked over 30 years for the Army Corp of Engineers and for fourteen years, he and his wife Betty built and ran Brooksong Bed and Breakfast in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. He enjoyed woodworking, carving and re-creating and restoring antique furniture. His family enjoyed his wry sense of humor. He had a deep faith and love for God and his family. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Elizabeth "Betty" Wagahoff; children, Anthony (Jude) Wagahoff, Mike (Lisa) Wagahoff, Julie (Chuck) Coots, Scott (Mel) Wagahoff, Ericka (Chuck) Kennedy, Dr. Amanda (Xavian) Draper and Jack Montgomery; grandchildren, Kristen, Ryan, Griffith, Alex, Clay, Evangeline, Dow, Anderson and Summerlyn; great grandson, Arlo. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 19, 2024 - 2:00 pm in the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel. Private interment will be held at Eastlawn Memorial Park. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the service.
