Craig Alan Elliott of Locust Grove, Georgia passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021. Throughout his 62 years he loved many things. He loved to laugh, spend time in the sun, denim shorts and all of the incarnations of Star Trek. Craig was also a true connoisseur of classic Hard Rock music (provided he could play it loud). He also loved the true guitar heroes like Joe Bonamassa, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Carlos Santana. Craig regularly could be seen joining the band on "air guitar". Those who knew him know that he was prone to the occasional inappropriate joke and that he had discovered the true purpose of Post-It Notes. Craig's true love though was his family. Craig once agreed to go on a blind date to a concert ... a date that introduced him to his wife of 37 years, Tricia. His family continued to grow with his son Christopher, daughter-in-law Katelin and grandson Connor. Craig is also survived by his mother Joanne and brother Mark. Craig's friends and extended family are invited to join in a celebration of his life and legacy on Saturday September 25, 2021 at Haisten Funeral Home in McDonough, Ga. at 1:00 PM.
