David is survived by his mother Joyce Foster; brother Mark (Dee) Foster; niece and nephews Cody, Kaylynn, and Ryne (Chelsey) Foster; and great niece and nephew Turner and Ruby Foster; aunt Janice Minton; and cousins Karen Minton, Kelly Foster, Mark (Beverly) MacMahon, Nancy Kimbrell, and Anita Marchmen.
A memorial service will be on Thursday March 26, 2026 at McDonough First United Methodist Church, 151 Macon Street McDonough, GA 30253, at 12:00 PM.
