David Frank Rivers Sr., 80 of Eatonton, Georgia passed away on August 9, 2026. He was born in Atlanta, GA on August 2, 1946 to the late Frank and Dorothy Rivers. David was also preceded in death by his sister, Jane. Mr. Rivers retired from Bennett International Group having worked in many capacities and ending up as President of the Drive Away Division. He enjoyed woodworking and drinking wine. David is survived by his wife Sandi, daughter Paige Rivers (Brandon) of Hoschton, son Frankie Rivers and family of Dacula, grandson Wyatt, one sister, Janet Potter of Atlanta and several nieces and nephews. The family will greet friends from 12:00pm - 2:00pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at Haisten Funeral Home in McDonough, Georgia. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm in our chapel.
