Debbie Kasberg Duffey

Mrs. Debbie Kasberg Duffey, age 63, of Columbus, GA formerly of McDonough, passed away on June 14, 2016. Debbie was born in Atlanta, GA the daughter of the late Mary Ellen Exum Kasberg and Ted Kasberg. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, volunteering with Meals on Wheels, and serving other local charities. Debbie had a servant’s heart, always putting others before herself, serving God, and was known for her bubbly personality. She was loved by everyone who met her. Debbie enjoyed playing the piano, cooking, visiting Gatlinburg, and spoiling her grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Eddie Duffey of Columbus; daughter and son-in-law, Monica and Cam Cameron of Columbus; grandchildren, Tripp, Annie, and Jake also of Columbus; many loving cousins and special friends. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening, June 17, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be on Saturday, June 18, 2016 beginning 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God on Highway 42 in McDonough with Rev. Joey Seabolt and Rev. Steve Snyder officiating. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to A Friends House or Meals on Wheels.
