

Dennis DeOliveira, 78, of Conyers, Georgia passed away peacefully at his home on June 4, 2026. He was born on December 7, 1947, in Brookline, Massachusetts. He was preceded in death by his mother, Socorra B. (Correia) DeOlivera, and his daughter, Rachel DeOliveira.
Dennis deeply loved his family and his church community. He had a passion for old cars, NASCAR racing, and antiques, and he was well known for cooking Boston butts for countless friends, family members, and neighbors. He enjoyed serving with Tribulation Trail and Tres Dias, and he was a faithful member of Stockbridge Community Church.
Through the church, he participated in mission work to support children in need-a service that reflected his generous heart.
Though Dennis is no longer with us, the impact he made on those around him will remain.
His kindness, humor, and servant's spirit will not be forgotten.
Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Christie, of Conyers, Georgia; his children, Denise Taylor, Dennis Wood, Michael and his wife Emily DeOliveira, and his stepson Christopher and his wife Keisha Wheeler; his siblings, John (Steven) and his wife Mary of Kingston, Massachusetts, Marilyn of Manomet, Massachusetts, Anthony of Weymouth, Massachusetts, Kevin and his wife Laurie of Manomet, Massachusetts, and Anne and her husband Mark Glennon of Manomet, Massachusetts.
He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
Dennis lived a life of service, love, and devotion. His memory will continue to be a blessing to all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on June 27, 2026 at Stockbridge Community Church.
