Dennis E Fields

Dennis Eugene Fields, age 64, of Hampton, GA passed away on May 20, 2022. Dennis was born in Atlanta, GA on May 29, 1957. He was preceded in death by his father, William “Bill” E. Fields. He is survived by his mother, Marcene R. Fields, his brother, David T. Fields and his wife, Ann.

In addition to his immediate family, Dennis is survived by and was devoted to numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, niece and a multitude of extended family and friends.

Dennis graduated from Cedar Grove High School, class of ’75, and attended the University of Georgia where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. Dennis enjoyed a long career as a cable & fiber technician and eventually retired from Bell South/AT&T.

Dennis was an avid sports fan, following all the Atlanta professional teams and the UGA Bulldogs. He was a member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church in Hampton. He enjoyed trips to SC to visit family, and his menagerie of pets.
