From an early age, Donovan found joy in spending time at her grandparents’ farm in Locust Grove, where many of her happiest childhood memories were made. She was an avid softball player who played recreationally, for her school teams, and on competitive travel fast-pitch teams. The softball field became more than a place to compete; it was where she cherished countless moments surrounded by family and friends.
Donovan had a gift for bringing people together and treasured every opportunity to make memories with those she loved. Whether she was spending a day at the lake, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, attending concerts, or simply gathering with family and friends, she embraced life’s moments with enthusiasm, warmth, and a genuine love for the people around her.
After graduating from the University of Georgia, Donovan chose to make Henry County her permanent home, allowing her to remain close to her family and lifelong friends. Her greatest happiness came from celebrating life’s milestones, both big and small, with those she held dear.
Donovan is survived by her loving parents, Arch and Cissy Brown; her sister, Canon Hill (Jarret); her beloved nephews, Houston and Tanner; and a large extended family who will forever cherish her memory. Her kindness, joyful spirit, and deep love for family and friends will be remembered always.
Though her time here was far too short, Donovan’s laughter, generosity, and unwavering love for those around her leave a lasting legacy that will never be forgotten.
