Fredrick Arthur Notti age 92 of Anchorage, AK, and McDonough, GA, passed away on February 14, 2024, in McDonough, GA. He was the son of Madeline Pitka Notti and Joseph Notti. A celebrated Alaskan Bush Pilot, early supporter and leader in pursuit of the Alaska Native Claims Act, CEO and 1st President of Calista Corporation, Founder/CEO, Alaska Oil and Petrochemical. Attended Mount Edgecombe High School, University of Alaska, University of Washington and Wharton School of Business.
He was preceded in death by grandson Adrian Notti, sister Josephine Notti, son Dana G. Notti, daughter Pamela Joan Notti and his first wife, Joan Notti, all of Anchorage, Alaska. Frederick is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gail Pope Welch Talmadge–Notti of McDonough, GA, stepchildren Herman Eugene Talmadge III, Tyler Welch Talmadge, Margaret Elizabeth Talmadge (Mitt), his children Dario Anthony Notti & wife Cherry, Dino Rosano Notti & wife Jane, daughter Kimberly Kay Notti, Rose Notti wife of son Dana G. Notti and Dana’s children Tamara Notti Dietrich (Tami), Madeline Notti Thomas, and Dana Ransom Notti, Jr., 17 additional grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. Brother, Emil Reynolds Notti and his children Cynthia, Joey, William, Robert, David and Michael; sister Beverly Huhndorf her sons Jamie, Joee and Freddie; sister Josephine’s daughters, Dede Gordon, Robin Johnson and numerous great nieces, nephews and extended family.
