As a Mother who's lost a child , I have so much empathy for Hayden’s parents and sister ! Nothing will ever be the same . A piece of your heart is gone . You have raised a son you should be extremely proud of . I wished I had known him better . Over the years that he and Ellie dated I’ve seen him many times , he’s been to my house ,we’ve gone out to eat . He is part of the family and will be missed . My heart hurts for you Ellie , you’ve lost the love of your life . Hold onto all the beautiful memories , cry , smile ,scream when you feel like it . It’s ok to grieve , there’s no time limit . Take it day by day . And if you need me I’m always here to listen and answer any questions and to just hug and hold you . I love you ❤️ 🙏🏼Prayers for everyone .

I remember Haden as an ADORABLE little boy. He was always such a trooper when he sat through days of dance competitions. He never seemed to mind watching his sister and his cousins dance all weekend long. He was always just full of smiles!
It is hard to imagine that young man running ahead of you all into God's arms. You are all in my heart and in my prayers.

We were at Chick-fil-A about a month ago and I saw Haden come in and go get in the line to get food to go. I got up and went and talked to him because I had not seen him in a long time. I just remember thinking, what a nice young man. Our hearts break for the family, most of whom we have known for many years. Just know you’re in our prayers and will continue to be so.
