Herbert Stanley Moss

Stan Moss, age 79, of Stockbridge, Georgia passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022. Herbert Stanley Moss was born in Madison, Georgia on July 25, 1942 to the late Hub and Lucy Moss. He was a proud U.S.A.F. Veteran and a retired Baptist Minister. Stan was also preceded in death by his sister, Eleanor Norman and his first wife, Jean Moss. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Moss, children, David Stanley (Rhonda) Moss of McDonough, Jason Spencer (Kandy) Moss of Lawrenceville, Gerald Stephen Moss of Gainesville, GA and Shannon (Felisha) Sanders of Luthersville, GA. Six grandchildren, Katie (Charlie) Gregory, Karen Moss, Kayla Moss, Wesley Moss, Russell Moss and Benjamin Sanders. Three great grandchildren, Nathan, Trent and Isabella Gregory. Siblings, Curtis Moss of Tucker, GA, Phyllis (Bob) Hines of Villa Rica, GA, Marilyn (David) Gray of Woodstock, GA and his brother-in-law Joel Norman of Conyers, GA. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm - 8:00pm on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Haisten Funeral Home in McDonough, GA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Monday in our chapel.
