Ms. Hermine “Helen” Richard, age 79 of Locust Grove, Georgia passed away December 15, 2017. She was born in Augsburg, Germany to the late Herman and Anna Gumpinger Baur. She was retired from the DeKalb County Finance Department and enjoyed spending time at the Locust Grove Senior Center. Surviving is her daughter, Tilarra Richard. A memorial gathering and catered reception will be held Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at Haisten Funeral Home.
