I have been very shocked and saddened
that I will never again share conversation
and laughter with not only my brother (by virtue of Mom’s late husband) but most importantly someone I’ve long since come to consider a very best and loyal friend. He was the kind of person I trusted would even risk whatever it took to look out for my very best interest. And has done just that on many occasions.. Heaven has again gained a good, kind and generous soul. God bless you Bill, and my heartfelt prayers to your beautiful family. Celebrating your life, with love, Anne Clarke
