Ms. Jeannette Gladys Bell, age 63 of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away May 23, 2016. She was born in Washington, DC to the late Edward James Bell, Sr. and Eron Gladys Stanley Bell. Jean was a seamstress and enjoyed fishing, white water rafting, being outdoors, and telling funny stories to her family and friends. She was preceded in death by a niece and nephew, Susan and Ray DeBusk. Survivors include her siblings, Carolyn (Richard) Gatewood of Jacksonville, FL, John (Judi) Bell of W. Palm Beach, FL, James “Bubba” (Tammy) Bell of Locust Grove, GA; life partner, Elaine Saylors of Powder Springs and her children and grandchildren, Shanelle Long and Chase, Savannah and Zack and Salisa Saylors; several nieces and nephews.
