Jennifer R. Long, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend, passed from this life and into the next on Friday, August 5, 2022, at 5pm in her mother’s home surrounded by the love of family.
Jennifer was born on August 23, 1973 in Covington, Kentucky. She and her family later moved to Peachtree City, Ga where she grew up and finished high school. She loved living in the city of Atlanta as a young adult, but eventually settled in Jackson, Ga in a peaceful neighborhood in the country with her husband and their pups. One of her great joys was sipping coffee and watching the cotton-tail rabbits, deer, and dragonflies congregate in her yard! She loved hiking and nature. Jennifer had a true appreciation for the simple pleasures of life.
Jennifer is preceded by her husband, Andy Long, grandparents, and extended family members. She leaves behind her mother Teresa Hoopaugh; father, Tom Brannon; sister, Julie O’Neill (Rob O’Neill); brother, Sam Brannon (Casey Brannon); and nieces and nephews, Robert, Emily, Abigail, Paul, McKenzie, Peyton, and Jackson; as well as her beloved fur baby, Falkore.
Jennifer will be deeply missed but always present in the hearts of her family.
