Jo Ellen Ladd

Jo Ellen Ladd, age 79, of Locust Grove, Georgia passed away on Sunday January 13, 2019. Jo Ellen was born June 6, 1939 to the late Jerry and Geneva Taylor. Jo Ellen worked in the jail for Henry County Sherriff's Department for over 30 years. She was a big hearted woman who loved everyone. She loved to cut her grass, go swimming, sit in her swing, and go gambling when she could. Jo Ellen is survived by her children, Joseph (Sonya) Evans, Rhonda (John) Jones, Jackie Warfield, Ty Brown ; 5 grandchildren; 6 great- grandchildren; sister, Jennie Evans; brother, Henry Taylor; many nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. A visitation for Jo will be held Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Haisten Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Locust Grove City Cemetery on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 1:00 pm.
