Joseph William Hernandez, Jr., age 27, of Locust Grove, GA passed away March 29, 2017. Joey was born in Miami, Florida and was preceded in death by his sister, Jocelyn Hernandez; grandfather, Grady Beall; grandmothers, Betty Floyd and Estella Hernandez. Joey enjoyed spending time with family and friends, mini golf, bowling, playing the game, “Call of Duty”, eating out, and working hard. Survivors are his wife, Emily Hernandez of Locust Grove; daughter, Estella Hernandez of Locust Grove; mother and step father, Jennifer and Daniel Floyd of Hampton; father and step mother, Joseph and Julie Hernandez of Columbus; sister, Julia Floyd of Hampton; grandmother, Donna Beall of Lake City, FL; several aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of life for Joey will be on Saturday, April 1, 2017 – 3:00 PM at First Baptist Church of McDonough with Rev. Tom Bergman officiating.
