Mrs. Katharine Elaine "Kathy" Garland, age 70 of Locust Grove, Georgia passed away January 24, 2021. She was born in Jackson, Georgia to the late Katherine Cook. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett George Garland; brother, Keith Rogers; sister, Dianne Lewis. Kathy was retired from Smead and enjoyed watching Hallmark movies, reading, fishing, gardening, flowers and time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Wendy Harper , Amelia (Mike) Randall, Earl (Teresa) Garland and William (Nicole) Garland; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren. nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to stop in for a Celebration of Life to be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at Kathy's Residence.
