Laura N. Cameron

Laura was preceded in death by her husband, John T. Cameron. She is survived by her children, Danny (Kim) Cameron, Connie (Richie) Hardin, Mike (Tanya) Cameron; grandchildren, Kallie (Clint) Cameron, Stephanie (Edwin, Jr.) Evans, Kyle (Alyssa) Cameron, Seth (Amy) Hardin, Aubrey (Austin) Willingham, Ashley Cameron; 3 great grandchildren; brother, Charlie (Phyllis) Nichols; many nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. Nanny, as her grandchildren call her, loved to garden, feeding birds and deer, watching HGTV, Animal Planet and the Hallmark Channel. She read a book every day. A devoted Christian, she was a longtime member at Henry Baptist Church, then Bethany Baptist, and she attended Faith Presbyterian most recently. A visitation for Laura will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Haisten Funeral home in McDonough. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, December 23, 2018 at 2:00. Committal will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park. Pastor Jason Minter and Pastor Michael Tinney will officiate.
