Meemee has always been so wonderful to me from the very first time I met her. She exudes joy, love, and humor. My favorite memory of her was when Meemee, my niece Briana, and I took a road trip to Alabama in 2010 to pick up our baby bloodhound puppy (Loretta). Meemee had us laughing the whole way there. She shared lots of great stories. She knew just what to do when my car started acting up on the way too. While we were driving and listening to music she rolled her window down and started shouting out the window “Looorrettta!! We are coming for ya! Lorrrettttaaahhhh!!” We thought it was so funny! Such a cool Grandma. She has also always covered the whole family in prayer. She has such a strong faith in God. I love to hear her testimony. She said she “took the cradle roll” at the church but she never had actually hear the message of the Gospel. When she heard about it she said she was “just shocked at the great love and the great price that Jesus paid-the love she had for her personally....she would say “I have never got over it since” To me-that was so special how are explained it. Whenever I would bring the girls over to see her for a visit, you could always count on her holding your hand and patting it-a good hug, and a laugh shared. She is such a wonderful person who is so dear to us. She will be greatly missed. 💜

I only had the privilege of knowing Mimi a short time, but what an impact she made! My prayer is for people to see Jesus in me, and you definitely saw Jesus in Mimi! Even lying in the bed, near the end of her journey here, her face glowed with the Love of Christ! I first met her when I went to sing for her at Westbury. I went because I wanted to be a blessing to her, but I GOT THE BLESSING! Such a sweet, sweet spirit! There is no doubt that she knew and loved the Lord, and no doubt that if you are a child of God, you will see her again one day. I am looking forward to singing and praising God with her thru eternity! Praying for the family for peace and comfort during this time.

I could write a book about this beautiful lady Mrs. Wiley but I’ll try to keep it short. She & the Wiley family came into mine & my family’s lives when we were kids. The whole family took me in like I was one of theirs & has loved me ever since. Mrs. Wiley became my really good friend & my Other Mother ♥️ She loved me when I felt like no one else did. Mrs. Wiley will forever hold a Huge Special Place In my heart. I love you Mrs. Wiley & I will see you soon😘
