Lucile G. Garrett Cromer

Lucile G. Cromer, age 74, of McDonough, passed away May 7, 2014. Lucile was a wonderful wife, mother and Mawmaw who will be greatly missed. She loved her family, her church and her Lord. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in McDonough. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lynn Freeman. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, John Cromer of McDonough; son and daughter in law, Robert and Cathy Cromer of McDonough; daughter and son in law, Cynthia and Joey Lynam of Mableton; daughter, Shelia Watson of McDonough; son and daughter in law, Derron and Jennie Cromer of McDonough; son, Matthew Cromer of McDonough; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A funeral service for Lucile will be held Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 11:00 AM at New Hope Baptist Church. Interment will be in Eastlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday, May 9, 2014 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Flowers are acceptable or donations may be made to New Hope Baptist Church, 350 N.
