She joins Fred, who preceded her in death in 2006 after 56 years of marriage, and her grandson, Ray Munger, who passed in 2024.
Jeanne loved to travel, local and abroad, even taking a trip to Africa in her 90s. She loved to quilt and do hand work, from knitting to wood carving. She loved to laugh and brought joy to so many who knew her. Her smile could light up a room, and she gave the best hugs.
Whatever was on TV, from ice skating to mountain climbing to downhill skiing, that’s the way she and Fred met, or so we were told.
She was a member of Timberridge Presbyterian Church.
Jeanne leaves behind three children, Mike Glover (Carol), Toni Glover, Scott Glover (Annette), two grandchildren, Brandi Glover and Blake Glover, and five great grandchildren, Jake Rich, Madison Rich, Zach Glover, Caleb Glover and Noah Glover.
A celebration of life will be held on October 25 at 2:00pm at Timberridge Cemetery, 2704 Conyers Rd, McDonough, Alex Rodgers officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to McDonough Woman’s Club, P.O. Box 623, McDonough 30253 or Sacred Journey Hospice, 138 Peach Dr., McDonough 30253
