Mary Jean Batchelor

Mary Jean Batchelor, born on October 17, 1945, passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 80. She was born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin on October 17, 1945. She was preceded in death by her parents, the late James and Dorothy Davis. She was also preceded in death by her husband Tony. Mary Jean attended Sylvan High School in S.W Atlanta, GA (Sylvan Road) and she retired from State of Georgia, tax department. She enjoyed dining out with her husband Tony and she enjoyed laughing with family and friends and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She loved to praise the Lord. Mary Jean also enjoyed traveling, church and collecting teacups. She was involved with the ministries through the Pentecostal Church, Life in the Spirit Full Gospel Church and she was a member of the Church Council. Mary is survived by her sisters, Rebecca (Bert) Coursey of Middletown, MD, Patricia (Joe) Williams of Newnan, GA and Barbara (Charlie) Kosior of Mooresville, NC, stepsons, Scott, Michael, Drew and Jonathan Batchelor. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am on December 15, 2025 at Life in the Spirit Full Gospel Church, McDonough, GA.
