Mrs. Nezree Smith, age 84, of McDonough, GA passed away August 8, 2017. Mrs. Smith was born in Meridian, MS the daughter of the late OraDean Nabors Shumate and Elester Shumate. She was also preceded in death by her Husband George P. Smith; Son, Ronnie C. Guy; Daughter, Gloria J. Smith; Granddaughter, Tina T. Carroll. Mrs. Smith enjoyed spending time with family and friends, shopping, traveling and being active in her church serving the Lord. She was a member of Bethesda Cathedral of the Apostolic Faith in Decatur, GA. Survivors are her children: Shirley Hughes of Iowa; Wilma J. Carroll of Gary, IN; Olivia Taylor of Gary, IN; Theresa K. Smith-Sebastian (Dwane) of McDonough; OraDean Smith of McDonough; and Pastor Michael L. Smith (Corrina) of Greenville, SC; 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Irene Shumate of Oklahoma City, OK, and Lula M. Tomlinson of Huntsville, AL; and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
