Patricia Anne Marlowe, age 69, of McDonough, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. She was born July 27, 1953 in Dublin, Georgia to Shirley Ann Fortner Manning and the late J.L. Manning, Jr. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Manning. Pat was a graduate of West Laurens High School, Class of 1971. She retired after 16 years as the Administrative Assistant to the President of the Delta Community Credit Union. She was a member of the McDonough Christian Church, where she enjoyed Bible study class. Over the years, creatively Pat worked in crafts and pottery. She also co-authored a cookbook for church. In 1995, Pat was a kidney recipient, receiving a new life from her own mother, Shirley - a blessing that they celebrated every year. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Don Marlowe; mother, Shirley Horne of Chattanooga, TN; brother, Vic Manning of Chattanooga, TN; sister in law, Shirley Manning of Dublin, GA; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 22, 2022 - 11:00 am in the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel. Friends may visit the family Saturday one hour prior to the service. A graveside service will be held Sunday, October 23, 2022 - 2:00 pm at Ussery Cemetery in Dublin, GA.
