Mrs. Pearl Amy Elizabeth Holcomb, age 89 of Hampton, Georgia passed away April 18, 2021. She was born in Stratford-Upon-Avon, England to the late Ernest William and Amy Ella Isabel Smith Pearson. She met her late husband Jerry Franklin Holcomb while he was enlisted in the United States Air Force. They married and he brought his new bride to Georgia to live happily for 35 years. She was a member of Luella Baptist Church and had worked for Glenna Weaver's Daycare. Survivors include her three sons, Clifford Powell of England, Martin Powell of Temple, GA and Jeremy Holcomb of Hampton, GA. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021 in the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gaines Wise officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the service.
