Robert Marshal Muise

Mr. Robert Marshal Muise, age 79 of McDonough, Georgia passed away March 2, 2015. He was born in Waltham, Massachusetts to the late Marshal and Alice Muise. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Muise and a sister, Patricia Reynolds. Bob faithfully served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean and Vietnam Wars and retired as Master Sergeant after 21 years. He then went on to retire from the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta after 17 years of service. He was a member of Community Bible Church, was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling, camping, the beach and working on his electric train set. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Dean Muise; children, Lori Still of McDonough, Darren (Judi) Muise of Locust Grove, Tom (Kim) Muise of McDonough; grandchildren, Leslie Folds, Christina Rabideaux, Samantha Davis, Corey Muise, Austin Bursby, Jodi Bursby, Jacob Bursby and Avery Bursby; great grandchildren, Meagan Folds, Liam Rabideaux, Piper Rabideaux and Audrie Ayers; great-great granddaughter, Addilynn Folds; brother, Russell (Eleanor) Muise of Austin, TX; sister, Elaine (Michael) Hammel of League City, TX. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, March 6, 2015 at 11:00 am from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Pastor Beau Adams will officiate. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens with full military honors. Friends may visit the family Thursday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
