Evelyn Sabrina Simpson, age 43, passed away on 03/14/2025 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Ga after a long battle first with Aggressive Breast Cancer, which she fought with Courage and Grace, only to be diagnosed in September with Leptomeningeal Disease. She lived with Hope and Faith regardless of her circumstances and fought hard for 6 months.
She is survived by her husband Daryl Simpson, her children Alexis (Jake) Plumley, Jalin Spicer and Shyan Spicer. Stepchildren Brooke Whitehead, Savannah Roberts, and Mackenna Simpson. Her mother Donna Tidwell, stepfather Mike Tallant and her siblings Michael Tallant, Mark Tallant, Eric Tallant, Jonathon Anglin, and Jessica Anglin. Her grandchildren Addison Plumley, Drake Spicer, Barrett Roberts, Isla Roberts, Judah Whitehead, and one more grandson, expected in June. She is preceded in death by her father John Fitzgerald Anglin.
Sabrina worked for Builders First Source for 11 1/2 years. She Loved all sceneries such as the beach, the snow, the lake, although she was a bit afraid of the lake water, she did love to hang out with her husband and family on the boat or on floats. Sabrina loved to travel the world with her husband, and experience new things and places. She recently got to experience skiing out west, trips to the Caribbean, the snowy and cold of her husband's home state of Michigan. Her favorite was a trip to Rome Italy, where her love for Pasta really showed up.
Sabrina was a Baseball / Softball Mom, who dedicated so much time and energy to her kids. She loved every minute and was so proud. She so enjoyed watching them play and always showed up for them. She was always on board to do the silly TikTok "trends" with her kids and always joking around. She had a wonderful sense of humor, she was always putting a smile on everyone's face, and she always had a smile on her face, even when being pranked by her kids, or husband. She loved to shop, and had so many clothes and shoes, like none you have ever seen, but was also so generous. She loved buying gifts for others and was so thoughtful towards it.
Sabrina will be missed by so many people, but all who knew her were so lucky to be a part of her life. She was a true one of a kind, always honest and real, and she loved deeply, and with her whole heart.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday March 29th from 4:00-6:00 pm in the chapel at Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, 2580 Hwy 42 N McDonough Ga 30253
