Mrs. Faith Rogers Phillips, age 73, of Hardeeville, SC passed away February 22, 2016. Faith was born in Atlanta, GA the daughter of the late Aileen Cone Rogers and Thomas Brand Rogers. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Lamar Phillips and sisters, Sharon Ferrell and Joyleen Pealock. Faith enjoyed spending time with family and friends, gospel music, puzzle books, and shopping. Survivors are her daughter and sons-in-law, Melissa Holloway and David Johnston of Hardeeville, SC; grandchildren, Francesca, Alexanderia and Tristan Johnston; sister, Dorcas Burnett of McDonough; brothers, Jerry Rogers (Linda) of Gainesville, and Stephen Rogers (Jocelyn) of Apopka; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service for Faith will be on Thursday, February 25, 2016 – 2:00 PM in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 – 2:00 PM.
