Sara Jo Deason of McDonough Georgia passed away Wednesday October 15, 2025. A longtime resident of Henry County she was born June 2nd, 1934 in Eastman Georgia. The last child of the late James Benjamin Williams and Willie May Smith. A beautician by trade she has probably cut most of the people's hair in Henry County at some point.
She leaves behind two sons Ricky (Mary Ann) Wynn and Randy (Maria) Wynn, along with four grandchildren Justin (Lindsay) Wynn, Phillip (Michelle) Wynn, Brittany (Taylor) Mckneely, and Rachael Wynn also four great-grandchildren, Knox, Nash, Casen, and Ashlyn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
A celebration of life will be October 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Haisten Funerals and Cremations, 1745 S Zack Hinton Parkway McDonough, GA 30253. The family will greet friends an hour prior from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Following the service there will be a Committal Service at Eastlawn Memorial Park, 640 McGarity Rd, McDonough, GA 30252.
