Susan Lynn (Gille) Miller, 59 of McDonough, Georgia born in Columbus, Ohio on November 24, 1960 to Charles (Josh) and Marilyn Gille. She grew up in Columbus, Ohio, graduated from Upper Arlington High School class of 1979 and attended Bowling Green University. Her life’s journey came to a close on August 5, 2020 when she earned her wings and the honor of joining her Dad and Father in heaven. Susan enjoyed cooking and entertaining for her many friends and family. She was a diehard Ohio State fan and loved her Buckeyes. Suz loved animals, especially her pets Lizzy and Braxton. She enjoyed traveling, mostly to Goose Rocks Beach, Maine where she spent most summers throughout her life, it was her favorite place on earth. Susan was a Branch Manager at Delta Community Credit Union for 15 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Gille. Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband of 22 years, Phil Miller whom she married on November 24, 1998 in a romantic ceremony aboard a sailboat in the Gulf of Mexico. Suz is the mother of Julia Miller, Ryan (Emily) Miller and Amanda (Joe) DeFuria, daughter to Marilyn Gille, grandmother to Alessandra and Penelope DeFuria. She is also survived by a sister, Janet Gille, brother, Jay (Diana) Gille and nieces and nephew, Allie Gille, Joel Dennison and Georgia Dennison. The family will receive friends on August 7, 2020 from 6:00 - 8:00pm at Haisten Funeral Home.
