Terry Clennon Meadows

Mr. Terry Clennon Meadows, age 69 of McDonough, Georgia passed away November 14, 2014. He was born in Ft. Payne, Alabama to the late Virgil Clennon and Emma Serena Jeanette Twilley Meadows. Terry was retired from ABF Freightliners and was a member of the Teamsters Union. He was a member of Way of the Cross Baptist Church where he was a devoted Christian that loved the Lord. He was a loving and loyal husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a father to his daughters and his grandchildren. He was a loyal and honest person who cared for others. Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing and making birdhouses. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Kathleen Henderson Meadows; daughters, Tina Beckworth of Macon and Sheila McEntyre of McDonough; grandchildren, Jessica Brogdon, Carissa Brogdon, Sarina (Derrick) Francis, Devin Lindsey and Summerlyn Beckworth; great grandson, Kylor Lindsey and expectant great grandson, Kalem Francis; sisters, Phyllis (James) Goodwin of Ft. Payne, AL, Trudy (James) Glenn of Gadsdon, AL, and Patty Meadows of Ft. Payne, AL. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, November 17, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Way of the Cross Baptist Church with Pastor Stephen Bell officiating. Friends may visit the family Sunday from 3:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Walker’s Chapel Cemetery in Ft. Payne, AL.
