Thomas Bailey

Thomas Harold Bailey, 40, passed away on November 30, 2024, leaving a legacy of kindness, love, and cherished memories. Born on January 8, 1984, Thomas lived his life with a warm and easygoing spirit that endeared him to all who knew him.

Thomas was a devoted father who cherished every moment spent with his daughter, Madison Bailey of Forsyth, Georgia. Whether it was playing her favorite games or simply being present, Thomas’s love for Madison was the centerpiece of his life. His family and friends will remember his laid-back demeanor, friendly nature, and unwavering kindness. He always put others first, exemplifying selflessness and compassion.

A proud fan of Georgia Tech, Thomas followed their games with enthusiasm and spirit. He was also passionate about NASCAR, with a special admiration for the number 2 driver, whose races he never missed.

Thomas is survived by his father, Jim Bailey of Stockbridge, Georgia; his daughter, Madison Bailey of Forsyth, Georgia; his grandfather, Thomas Beavers of McDonough, Georgia; his aunts, Becky Hutchins of McDonough, Georgia, and Patricia Crawley of Stockbridge, Georgia; and many cousins who will miss his warm presence and good humor. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, uncles, and mother.

A celebration of Thomas’s life will be held at a later date but family and friends are invited to come together to honor his memory and share their stories on Monday, January 13th at 11:00 am with the celebration of his mother Donna Wilson’s life.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to a charity of your choice in Thomas’s name, reflecting his generous spirit and love for others.

Thomas Harold Bailey will forever be remembered as a loving father, devoted son, and cherished friend who brought joy to everyone around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
