Vic was born in Long Branch, NJ on August 7, 1945 to the late Victor L. Fox, Sr. and Catharine Fox.
He graduated from Ursinus College PA in 1967 and then served his country in the United States Navy from 1967 until his retirement in 1978 at the rank of Lt. Commander.
Vic spent his career working in aviation, as a flight instructor and as a Captain for both Ocean Airways and Atlantic Southeast Airlines. He retired in 2005 but his love of flying airplanes continued.
Vic was a member of the Golden Isles Masonic Lodge in St Simons Island until they merged with the Brunswick Lodge #717.
Spending time with family was important to Vic. Going out to eat, exploring craft festivals with his wife & friends and watching his grandsons play soccer were always happy times. Vic also enjoyed walking on the beach, swimming in the ocean and even liked fishing sometimes.
Vic lives on in the hearts and memories of his wife Cheryl Fox (Corinne) who he married in July of 1979, his daughter Deborah McIntosh (Fox), son-in-law Don McIntosh, 2 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, and 4 great grandchildren, plus many cousins and cousin-in-laws.
A celebration of life for Victor will be held Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Wesley Way United Methodist, 150 John Wesley Way, McDonough, GA 30252.
