Mr. Adams was born on March 6, 1942. In McDonough, Georgia to the late Mr. Fred M. Adams and Mrs. Leila M. Adams. He was Married to Retha Adams.
Mr. Adams was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was an auto mechanic most of his life. He loved his family, church, and Nascar racing. He enjoyed visiting the mountains as often as he could. He enjoyed country and gospel music.
Mr. Adams will be greatly missed. He is survived by his twin brother
Wallace Adams (Sue), his wife Retha Adams, his son David Adams, his daughter Pamela Love (Kenny), his grandson Joshua Love (Karissa), and great granddaughter Sunnie Love.
A visitation will be held on November 13, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Haisten Funerals & Cremations, located at 1745 Zack Hinton Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. A funeral service will follow at 1pm in the funeral home chapel with Devon Adams presiding.
Interment will follow to Flippen Cemetery on Jodeco Rd, McDonough Ga.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that a donation be made to the American Diabetes Association in Mr. Adams name.
