Mr. William Oswald Lillard, “Bill”, passed away November 2, 2014. Bill was born in New York City the son of the late Daisy Rosa Parker Lillard and Earle Baxter Lillard. He served his country in the US Navy; he worked for Bell South for 20 plus years and was a member of the Bell South Pioneers where he volunteered with the Shepherd Spinal Center in Atlanta. Bill enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing, boating, and wood working. He had a special place in his heart for his four legged friends, Piglet, Trudy, Fritzy, Frankie, and Emmie. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Patricia Lillard of McDonough; children, Debbie Lillard Liam and Jen Liam of Pine Lake, GA, Bill Lillard of McDonough and Donald Plyer of Stockbridge; grandchildren, Hailee, Will and Blais; brother and sister-in-law, Earle and Brenda Lillard of Summerfield, FL; several nieces and nephews.
