Yvonne Estelle Barrett

Yvonne Estelle Barrett, age 84, of Locust Grove, GA passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on April 28, 1937 to the late Herman and Nettie Kassakatis. Yvonne was also preceded in death by her daughter, Terry Barrett. Yvonne was a loving mother and amatuer Botanist. She loved sitting outside on the back deck enjoying nature and caring for her plants. Yvonne is survived by her children, Debra (Dale) Medairy of Sykesville, Maryland, Darlene (Jerry) Price of Columbia, Maryland and Donna Pritchett of Locust Grove, Georgia. Grandchildren, Frederick Barker, Abraham (Rachel) Barker, Jessalynn (John) Westgate, Casey (Annie) Medairy, Justin (Jennifer) White and Haili Pritchett. One great grandson, Gunner White, one brother, Albert Arthur (Patricia Ann) Kassakatis of Frederick, MD and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the National Federation for the Blind.
