Deborah Jane Hollingsworth

Deborah Jane Hollingsworth, 70 of McGregor, Texas, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025 in Waco, Texas. Graveside Service will be Friday, June 20, 2025, in Post Oak Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Blackshear officiating.

Deborah was born on February 6, 1955, to Delbert and Jo Frieda (Whigham) Hollingsworth in Waco, Texas. She was a longtime resident of McGregor, Texas. Deborah graduated from Richfield High School in Waco, Texas 1973 where she excelled on the debate team.

She lived in Dallas prior to returning to Waco where she worked at Allergan before retiring in 2020. Deborah enjoyed making candles and traveling. Deborah was a loving mother and grandparent.

She is preceded in death by parents,

Survivors include her daughter Jennifer Crissman and husband, Brian of Georgetown, Texas, Patrick Dunn of Waco, Texas, grandchildren: Miranda Marquez and husband, Dominque of Denver, Colorado, Leia Crissman of Georgetown, Texas, Carson Lassiter of Gatesville, Texas, brothers, Gary Hollingsworth and partner, Ken Hyde of Houston, Texas, and Michael Hollingsworth, special friends, Debbie Leland and Kathryn Dowdle and husband, Tim, and Kim Eddinger all of McGregor, Texas.
