Johnny was my Paw Paw's right hand man for many many years surveying. When I was little they would play the crane game every day at lunch until they won a stuffed animal to bring home to me, animals that I still have to this day. Every time I would see Johnny he would give me the biggest hug and it always felt like I got a little hug from my Paw Paw as well. He will be so missed and it will just not be the same coming through McGregor and not running in to him. Somehow every time I was there, I would get my hug by running in to him at the grocery or hardware store.

All my memories of my uncle Johnny are great. One memory I have of him is how he use to lift me and my cousin (Jessica Hoppe) up with one arm, like he was lifting weights. We would always beg and hang on to him until he would lift us up. I loved my uncle Johnny very much and just wish I could have seen him once more before he left us. It's been a few years since I've been down there and seen the Bradshaw's. Love and Miss you bunches Uncle Johnny. Thoughts and prayers to you Aunt Donna and J and Bobby. Love y'all bunches. R. I. Johnny was indeed a good man. He was a hard working and honest man. He would do anything in the world for you. He loved his family and while he had two sons by birth he was a “dad” to many of the neighborhood kids. Living next door to him and Donna for 40 plus years proved in many ways I could call on him for just about anything! Johnny you will be missed!
