I did not know your daughter Lisa but my name is Jennifer Martinsen and my daughter was Molly Martinsen (also 11 years old) that was in the obituary next to Lisa on the same day in the paper. Molly battled a brain tumor for almost a year and I know Lisa went quickly but I do feel like I know somewhat of your pain. I pray for you continuously and I know your heart is broken as her mother. If you ever feel like you would want to talk to someone who has also lost their little girl please contact me. You have been heavy on my heart. The days and nights are long but I know Molly would want me to keep living life to the fullest and make a difference in this world like she did. I know Lisa would probably say the same thing. May the Lord give you the strength to get through each minute of each day.

With Sympathy,

Jennifer Martinsen

I wish there was something I could do to lessen your pain. I talk about BB to my children everyday. She is riding on a cloud of painless joy with the silver lining we are all looking for. Be joyous for the time you had because she surely is . Love you both. Cha Cha
