Vicki was born on November 06, 1948, to James Wilson and DeAlma Juanita (Campbell) Patterson in Moody, Texas. She was a long-time resident of McLennan County. Vicki graduated from Moody High School in 1967.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, William “Bill” J. Whitesell
Survivors include her sisters, Marsha Gayle Neeper of Bruceville, Dana Diane Wodtke of Bay Springs, MS; numerous nieces and nephews.
