I had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Leos because of his support of the Hispanic Chamber. He was generous with his time and his company’s sponsorship of scholarships. His friendliness always made me feel good whether we were in person or on the telephone. I am sorry for the Family’s loss.

Super sweet guy that always lend an ear to listen. He was always generous. He had a laugh that always made you feel good. Seems like I've known him my whole life through working with him at TPL, TXU then Oncor. Willie fought the good fight and finished the race. He will be truly missed.
