I remember I was pregnant with my second baby, in nursing school and we had nowhere to go. Davey took us in until we could stand on our own two feet. He loved when I cooked hamburgers and gravy, and we would share recipes. He also was a great cook. I remember cooking out and going to the beach with his family where they made us all feel like we were apart of their own. I was sad to hear about his passing, and he was a good man, I only pray his children make him proud, and he looks down and is smiling! Love you Big Dave, thank you for everything you did when I had nowhere to go, you told me.everything would be fine, and it was. Miss our talks. REST IN PARADISE. XOXO

To all my  Family and friends Davey was the best Big Brother ever.  A man of character and integrity.  A good father a great grandfather .  
Our relationship was the longest in my life.  Always there for me and everyone else.
 Sometimes when we talked Davey would  say .....I challenge.
I would like to challenge all of us to be as kind as generous as giving as sharing as humous as caring as compassionate as protective as loving as my big brother.
  Davey  will  never be forgotten. We love you and will miss you.
